Refund policy

Due to orders being custom made, all sales are FINAL.  We do not accept returns or exchanges nor issue refunds.

Defective merchandise:  If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery for revision.  If the error is on our end we will redo/ reship your order at no additional cost to you.  If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address you will need to pay shipping again for your order to be reshipped.
